MR. RYAN KNOWLES                                                                          
Board member

Mr. Knowles graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2003. He concentrated in Accounting and Finance and holds a Minor in Economics.

Mr. Knowles is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the AICPA. He is also a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of the Bahamas. He was the recipient of the Bahamas All Merit Scholarship in 1999.

Mr. Knowles has four years of accounting and consulting experience and has worked in New York City and Washington, DC. He worked at Deloitte until April this year where he advised clients on the application of technical accounting standards. He is currently the financial controller at First Trust Bank, a private trust company in Lyford Cay.

He  is an avid skier and enjoys photography and travelling. He was appointed as a member of the Securities Commission in July 2007.
