2011 E-Filing of Investment Fund Data

Our Purpose

To contribute to the growth and development of a financial services sector that is vibrant and competitive.

To measure the growth of the investment funds market and to observe the current status of the industry, the Commission collects statistical data on the activities of investment funds. The data collected is compiled and used to produce aggregate reports outlining any trends observed.

Section 51 of the Investment Funds Act, 2003 provides for the Commission to request statistical data on the activities of investment funds. The Commission is collecting statistical data for the periods January 1, 2011 – June 30, 2011 and July 1, 2011- December 31, 2011 from February 20, 2012 to April 2, 2012.

Investment fund administrators, and as related parties to a licensed or registered fund, investment fund managers/advisors are obligated to submit the required statistical data.
