Re:  SUMMIT CAPITAL CORP. INC.

This NOTICE is issued by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas.

It has been brought to the attention of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas that the above named company claims to have a presence in or a connection with, The Bahamas, and as such, their daily business activity appears likely to be designated as involved in the securities industry in this jurisdiction.

The general public is HEREBY ADVISED that Summit Capital Corp. Inc. is not registered with, the Securities Commission in any way, nor is it an applicant for registration. FURTHER, that the Securities Commission has not approved Summit Capital Corp. Inc. to operate in the securities industry in this jurisdiction.  Therefore, any activity by this company in this regard is a violation of the Securities Industry Act, 1999 (“the Act”) and punishable under the terms of the Act. 

Background

Summit Capital Corp. Inc. (Summit) appears to be an entity that engages in brokerage activity on behalf of its clients. It has issued a Bahamian post office box number that is non-existent.  Further, there is no record of this company being incorporated in this jurisdiction. 

Persons who are desirous of investing or have been solicited to invest with the above named entity are advised that they are doing so with an unregulated entity. You are therefore strongly urged to conduct full and proper due diligence and exercise the utmost caution before engaging in any securities transactions with this entity.
