BULL & BEAR SECURITY INVESTMENTS LTD.

BARRINGTON  LTD.

and  Mr. Barrington Smith

It has been brought to the attention of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas that the above named companies and related individual are involved in the solicitation for sales of securities from The Bahamas. 

The public is advised that Crest International, Barrington Ltd. Bull & Bear Security Investments Ltd. and Mr. Barrington Smith are not registered with The Securities Commission; therefore such solicitation is contrary to Section 29(1) of the Securities Industry Act, 1999 (“the Act”).

Further, the Securities Commission has not approved Crest International, Barrington Ltd. or Mr. Barrington Smith to act as clearing and or brokerage houses in this jurisdiction. 

Therefore persons desirous of conducting business with any of the above named entities should be cognizant that they are doing so with unregulated entities.
